Introduction:
Recently, with a concentrated increase in market orders, the Ciciwood packing process has entered a high-load operation phase. From product offloading and automated packing to manual handling, pallet stacking, and the final staging area, the entire packaging and logistics process is running at a tight, high-intensity pace. At सिसीवुड, our factory floor reflects this exact reality. Through four on-site photos, the following text objectively documents the Ciciwood packing process during peak order periods.
Semi-Automatic Packing Line in the Ciciwood Packing Process
On one side of the workshop, a long production line is in operation. The conveyor is transporting large, long cardboard cartons, a type of packaging typically used for loading furniture panels, metal profiles, or large equipment parts. The machine is automatically wrapping white PP strapping bands around the cartons, tightening and securing them to ensure the bulky goods do not fall apart during long-distance transportation. Next to the equipment, a worker in a yellow uniform is assisting, closely monitoring the machine to prevent strap jams or misalignment.

Manual Palletizing and Wooden Pallet Stacking
At the end of the assembly line, a different busy scene unfolds. A worker wearing a dark blue uniform and a green protective apron is performing palletizing tasks in front of a standard wooden pallet. He needs to neatly stack small cardboard boxes sealed with yellow packing tape according to specific arrangement rules. In the photo, the stack height has already exceeded the worker’s height. This manual palletizing not only tests physical strength but also requires attention to weight balance to ensure the pallet does not collapse during subsequent forklift handling.”To ensure safety and efficiency, our manual palletizing techniques follow strict industry guidelines similar to global ISO packaging standards.”

Finished Product Verification and Carton Identification
The scene shifts to the floor staging area. A worker, also wearing a dark blue uniform and green apron, is crouching on the ground with his back to the camera, performing tasks. In front of him are large quantities of standardized cartons marked with the Chinese character “大” (Big), all sealed with yellow tape. This step is typically the final verification stage before shipping. The worker may need to count the boxes, check if the seals are tight, or apply batch labels. Prolonged crouching and repetitive counting actions reflect the true physical exertion of workshop workers during peak order periods.

Outbound Staging Area and Logistics Handover Preparation
The final image shows the factory’s finished goods staging area. A large number of cartons are cross-strapped with white packing bands and placed layer by layer on wooden pallets, forming neat squares. Upon closer inspection, some cartons have handwritten markings in black marker, such as “彩” (Color) or “大” (Big). These are temporary marks made by warehouse staff to distinguish different orders, models, or customers. These goods have completed all packaging processes and are waiting for logistics vehicles for loading and dispatch.

Summary of the Ciciwood Packing Process
From these four real workshop photos, it is evident that the current packaging and shipping process still highly relies on the coordination of machinery and manual operation. Machines solve the issues of packing strength and standardization, while complex actions like moving boxes, palletizing, and verification still require a large number of frontline workers. During periods of surging orders, our workers at Ciciwood perform continuous, high-intensity physical labor to ensure every order is delivered on time and intact.
